PBS，即磷酸鹽緩沖液，含有1.06 mM KH2PO4，155.17 mM NaCl，2.97 mM Na2HPO4，pH值為7.4?？蓮V泛應(yīng)用于細(xì)胞洗滌、組織細(xì)胞分離、細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、抗體及細(xì)胞因子稀釋等。本品不含有Ca2+、Mg2+和酚紅，經(jīng)過(guò)濾除菌，可直接使用。
