本產(chǎn)品以健康胎牛血液為原料加工而成,經(jīng)3次0.1 μm微孔濾膜過濾,無支原體污染,不含BVDV、BPV等牛源病毒,內(nèi)毒素水平極低。培養(yǎng)細胞種類多,細胞生長速度快,狀態(tài)好,適用于間充質(zhì)干細胞的培養(yǎng)。培養(yǎng)的細胞適用于多種下游實驗。

通過免疫熒光抗體法檢測TransGen FQ血清中的病毒殘留,結(jié)果如下:
支原體檢測
使用全式金支原體檢測試劑盒 TransDetect? PCR Mycoplasma Detection Kit (FM311)對Company B和TransGen FQ血清進行檢測,結(jié)果表明,Company B 和TransGen FQ血清均無支原體污染。
