纖維連接蛋白(Fibronectin,F(xiàn)N),又稱纖粘蛋白,能促進細胞的黏連生長,而細胞的黏連是機體結(jié)構(gòu)得以維持、細胞生長完成的必要條件。因此,F(xiàn)N是細胞培養(yǎng)基的重要成分之一。此外FN能提高細胞的融合率,縮短融合周期[1-3]。血漿纖維連接蛋白由肝細胞分泌,并結(jié)合到細胞表面,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠由鞓?gòu)象并組裝成纖維連接蛋白纖維[4]。另外,由于FN的EDA和EDB結(jié)構(gòu)域在腫瘤血管中特異性表達,它們被廣泛用于靶向遞送細胞因子、細胞毒素、化療藥物和放射性同位素,以對原發(fā)癌和轉(zhuǎn)移病變產(chǎn)生治療效果[5]。
