白介素-18(Interleukin-18,IL-18),也稱為干擾素-γ誘導(dǎo)因子,是一種促炎細(xì)胞因子,造血細(xì)胞和非造血細(xì)胞等許多細(xì)胞類型都有產(chǎn)生IL-18的潛力[1]。IL-18的主要功能是通過誘導(dǎo)Th1細(xì)胞分泌干擾素-γ (IFN-γ)來實現(xiàn)的。這種細(xì)胞因子與IL-12協(xié)同作用有助于Th1的分化,在宿主抵御細(xì)胞內(nèi)細(xì)菌、病毒和真菌的防御機制中非常重要[2]。IL-18與IL-12聯(lián)合使用可激活細(xì)胞毒性T細(xì)胞和自然殺傷細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生IFN-γ,從而可能有助于腫瘤免疫。IL-18的生物學(xué)活性不僅局限于這些細(xì)胞,而且在Th17細(xì)胞反應(yīng)的發(fā)展中也起作用。IL-18與IL-23協(xié)同作用可誘導(dǎo)Th17細(xì)胞分泌IL-17[3]。
