CD73又名胞外-5′-核苷酸酶(NT5E),是一種跨膜糖蛋白,通過(guò)糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)錨定于細(xì)胞膜,將細(xì)胞外的核苷酸水解為膜可滲透核苷[1]。CD73在淋巴細(xì)胞、間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞、濾泡樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和上皮細(xì)胞亞群等中均有表達(dá),協(xié)同刺激T細(xì)胞的活化并調(diào)節(jié)淋巴細(xì)胞與內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的粘附[2-5]。CD73被用作淋巴細(xì)胞分化的標(biāo)志物,因此,各種免疫缺陷疾病中都會(huì)出現(xiàn)CD73缺陷[4,6]。本產(chǎn)品為小鼠抗人CD73單克隆抗體,用于WB、IP、IF和FC方法特異性檢測(cè)人CD73蛋白。
