ProteinIso? Ni-NTA Resin是螯合金屬Ni2+而形成的一種親和層析介質(zhì)。NTA能夠通過四個位點牢固地螯合Ni2+,從而減少純化過程中Ni2+泄漏到蛋白樣品中。本產(chǎn)品對His標(biāo)簽蛋白具有特異吸附能力,從而使His標(biāo)簽蛋白結(jié)合在Ni-NTA純化介質(zhì)上,未結(jié)合的蛋白被洗滌下去。結(jié)合在介質(zhì)上的蛋白經(jīng)過一定濃度的咪唑或者pH低緩沖液溫和洗脫下來,從而得到高純度的目的蛋白。本產(chǎn)品具有吸附容量大、選擇性好、通透性強(qiáng)、易于再生等優(yōu)點,適用于在非變性或變性條件下純化任何表達(dá)系統(tǒng)表達(dá)的His標(biāo)簽重組蛋白。
