玻連蛋白(Vitronectin,VTN),是一種多功能的糖蛋白,存在于血漿和細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)中。玻連蛋白通過Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) 序列介導(dǎo),特定的細(xì)胞表面受體如整聯(lián)蛋白αVβ3和αVβ5結(jié)合,從而參與多種生理過程,在細(xì)胞的粘附、遷移、增殖和分化等過程中發(fā)揮重要作用[1-3]。它還可以與多種配體結(jié)合,如糖胺聚糖、膠原蛋白、纖溶酶原和尿激酶受體,并穩(wěn)定纖溶酶原激活抑制劑-1 的抑制構(gòu)象[4]。玻連蛋白可促進(jìn)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞貼附,伸展和增殖,促進(jìn)多種正常細(xì)胞及癌細(xì)胞的分化,可用于細(xì)胞遷移實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究[5]。VTN參與凝血、抑制膜攻擊復(fù)合物 (MAC) 的形成、細(xì)胞粘附和遷移、傷口愈合和組織重塑[6]。
