粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor, GM-CSF)是一種重要的細(xì)胞因子,它在免疫反應(yīng)和炎癥過程中起著關(guān)鍵作用。GM-CSF主要促進(jìn)粒細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞的增殖、分化和活化,同時調(diào)控T細(xì)胞的響應(yīng),對免疫系統(tǒng)的防御機(jī)制至關(guān)重要[1]。GM-CSF的表達(dá)受到精細(xì)的調(diào)控,這對于維持免疫平衡和防止自身免疫疾病的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要[2]。除了在免疫細(xì)胞中的重要作用,GM-CSF還可以通過激活p70 S6核糖體蛋白激酶信號通路來促進(jìn)中性粒細(xì)胞的趨化 [3]。GM-CSF的這些特性使其成為治療自身免疫疾病和炎癥性疾病的潛在靶點[4-5]。
