干擾素-γ (Interferon-gamma,IFN-γ),也稱為II型干擾素,是一種由自然殺傷細(xì)胞、活化的T細(xì)胞和某些其他免疫細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的多功能細(xì)胞因子。IFN-γ在調(diào)節(jié)免疫反應(yīng)、細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、凋亡以及抗病毒和抗腫瘤活性中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用[1-2]。IFN-γ通過(guò)與其受體結(jié)合,激活特定的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)途徑,可以增強(qiáng)免疫細(xì)胞的活性,包括巨噬細(xì)胞的活化和T細(xì)胞的增殖[3]。IFN-γ還能夠增強(qiáng)細(xì)胞的抗病毒狀態(tài),抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng),并通過(guò)促進(jìn)CD95/Fas介導(dǎo)的凋亡過(guò)程來(lái)增強(qiáng)對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞的攻擊[4-5]。
