TransScript? Green One-Step qRT-PCR SuperMix是具有高靈敏度、高效合成能力和高擴增效率的一步法qRT-PCR試劑盒。本試劑盒以RNA為模板，反向基因特異引物為反轉(zhuǎn)錄引物合成cDNA；然后以合成的cDNA為模板，正向、反向基因特異引物進(jìn)行qPCR，在同一反應(yīng)體系中一步完成從反轉(zhuǎn)錄到qPCR的全部反應(yīng)。
