CD4又稱T細(xì)胞表面抗原T4/Leu-3(T-cell surface antigen T4/Leu-3),是一個(gè)51 kDa的跨膜糖蛋白,分布于輔助性T細(xì)胞,巨噬細(xì)胞、樹突細(xì)胞或 NK細(xì)胞等細(xì)胞表面,在T細(xì)胞發(fā)育及激活過程中起到重要作用[1-4]。CD4是T細(xì)胞受體(T cell receptor,TCR)的共受體,與MHC Ⅱ類分子相結(jié)合,穩(wěn)定TCR與抗原肽-MHC復(fù)合物的結(jié)合。在輔助性T細(xì)胞中,招募淋巴細(xì)胞特異性蛋白酪氨酸激酶Lck至TCR-CD3復(fù)合物上,通過磷酸化多種底物起始不同的細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)通路,參與細(xì)胞激活、遷移、釋放細(xì)胞因子等[5]。在巨噬細(xì)胞或NK細(xì)胞,CD4通過非Lck依賴途徑促進(jìn)細(xì)胞激活和分化,釋放細(xì)胞因子[2,4]。本產(chǎn)品為小鼠抗人CD4單克隆抗體,用于FC方法特異性檢測(cè)人CD4蛋白。
