本試劑盒采用改良的堿裂解法裂解大腸桿菌細(xì)胞，利用硅膠膜離心柱特異地吸附DNA，適用于從≤ 20 ml LB培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)的大腸桿菌細(xì)胞中高效地提取質(zhì)粒DNA，最大提取量可達(dá)40 μg 。溶液包含指示劑，通過顏色的變化，指示裂解、中和是否完全，從而保證質(zhì)粒提取的質(zhì)量，實(shí)現(xiàn)操作的可視化。提取的質(zhì)粒DNA適用于酶切、連接、轉(zhuǎn)化、測(cè)序等實(shí)驗(yàn)。
